I'm entering an expense to a well and allocating it all to one Working Interest owner. Will that expense be reported on all the other Working Interest Owners' Distribution Statements in that well even though they are not sharing in that expense?

No, that expense won't show on everyone's statement. Expenses allocated to a single owner will only show on that owner's statement.
