House Gas Reports;
The house gas owner listing report gives the names and addresses for all house gas owners, as well as usage information.
Sort By
Choose to sort the report by Owner ID or Owner Name
First/Last Owner
The range of owners and meter numbers on which you wish to report. The owners can either be chosen by typing in their ID, or by clicking on the lookup button.
Meter Description
The description of the meter that ties to this owner.
Include
Lets you select whether you wish to report on all owners, owners with a valid GPA on file, or owners without a valid GPA on file.
Group
Determines the group on which you wish to report.
The house gas owner usage statement report shows the total usage for the current month, as well as the totals and meter readings for each month prior to it in the year.
This report is the invoice that you will send to your owners.
Sort By
Selects whether the report will be sorted by the owner ID or the owner name.
Base Report on
Selects whether the report will be based on the date of the reading or the date of the invoice.
Month/Year
The month and year on which you wish to report. The statement will show the currently selected month, plus any other prior months for the same year. The first month to show on the statement will be dependent on your setting for First Month of Year found in the House Gas Options screen. Depending on the Base Report on setting above, this month/year will either refer to the date of the reading or the date of the invoice.
First/Last Owner
The range of owners and meter numbers on which you wish to report. The owners can either be chosen by typing in their ID, or by clicking on the lookup button.
Meter Description
The description of the meter that ties to this owner.
Include
Lets you select whether you wish to report on all owners, owners with a valid GPA on file, or owners without a valid GPA on file.
Group
Determines the group on which you wish to report.
Include Previous Balances
If selected, this option will run an aging on previous house gas balances, and report any existing balances on the statements.
Only Include Invoices
Only statements that are invoices will be included in the report if this option is marked.
When marked, an additional "Invoice No" field will also be displayed. This additional field does not have to be filled out.
Invoice No
Enter an invoice number into this field and only that invoice number will be reported on. If this field is left blank then it will report all invoices.
The House Gas Route report shows the owner names and addresses, meter number, description, date and value of last reading, and allows the entry of the current reading for a specified route. It also displays comments and allows the entry of new comments.
First/Last Owner
The range of owners and meter numbers on which you wish to report. The owners can either be chosen by typing in their ID, or by clicking on the lookup button.

The description of the meter that ties to this owner.
Group
Determines the group on which you wish to report.
Route
The route number on which you wish to report. If you choose to report on all routes, there will be a page break between routes. The report will be ordered by route number and route sequence. If there is a blank or duplicate sequence number, it will order the report by meter number.
The House Gas Usage report shows the total usage for the selected range of months for the specified group.
Order By
Selects whether the report will be sorted by the owner ID or the owner name.
Base Report on
Selects whether the report will be based on the date of the reading or the date of the invoice.
Beginning and Ending Month/Year
The range of years and months on which you wish to report. The statement will show usage for each month, totals for each owner, and a report total.
First/Last Owner
