Land Reports
This is part of the Land Management Module, which is an optional module. Contact SherWare, Inc. if you are interested in adding this capability to your software program.
Land Reports:
Shows a report of each lease. The information includes: name, number, acres, date, lease term, status, next payment and recording information.
First/Last Lease
Enter the first and last lease in a range to report on.
Status
Choose what status of leases to report on.
Include Landowner Information
If marked the Landowner Information will also show on the report.
Shows when the next payment is due to each land owner. Includes acres, cost per acre and total due for each owner.
Due As Of
The report will show all payments due as of the date entered here.
First/Last Lease
Enter the first and last lease in a range of leases to report on.
Order by Due Date
Will list the payments by due date if marked.
Start a New Page For Each Lease
If marked each lease will show on its own page.
Delay Rental Check Detail
Allows you to view the detail for a delay rental check that was created. This will show the lease, acres, $/Acre and payment amount.
Check number
Enter the check number that you would like to report on. You can type it into the field or click on the box beside teh field to select the check from a lookup list.
