Texas Reports
The Texas PR Reports can be printed out of SherWare. These reports are optional. You can contact SherWare Support if you are interested in purchasing these reports.

Before printing the PR report, the file will need be created for the production period on which you'll be reporting.
Production Period
Enter the production year and period for which the report is being generated.
P5 Oper No.
Enter the state-assigned operator number that will be included in the file created.
In order for the file to be built, the state in the well information screen must be set as TX, and it must have a valid field and lease attached to it. The field name chosen will be included as part of the report, and the RRC lease number and district number will be included from the lease information record.
Once built, any manual changes can be made to the PR file using the Modify PR File screen. This allows updates and data to be filled into the file that is not tracked or recorded by our software. Be aware that once the file has been modified, re-building the PR file will overwrite those manual changes. A record will exist for each lease for each production period that the file has been created.
Once the file has been created and any changes made, the report can be printed. The report is printed by field, and contains all leases within that field on the report.
Year/Period
Enter the production year and production period on which the report should be based.
First/Last Field
Enter the range of fields on which to create the report.
Operator No.
The state-issued operator number that will be included on the report being printed.
Corrected Report
Select this option if this is a corrected report to a previously filed report
