Choose the Form 10 section to view:
Base the Report On
Choose to base the report on Accounting Year, Production Year or Accounting Date Range.
Build Production File for Year
Enter the production year this report is to be created.
Owner Number
The state-assigned reporting number.
Include only active wells
This will exclude any wells from the report that are not currently marked as Active in the Well Information record.
Once the Form 10 file has been created, any changes to it can be made using the modify screen.
Once created the Form 10 can be printed.
Once created, a Form 10 summary can be printed.
Sort By County
Select this option if the report should be sorted by county instead of well ID.
Once created, a Form 10 magnetic media file can be created to send to the state.
Year
Select the year on which you wish to report.
First Well
Enter the first well in the range of wells to be included in the report.
Last Well
Enter the last well in the range of wells to be included in the report.
Drive
Select the drive on which the file should be created.
