Reports
The Disbursement and JIB Manager Integrated Edition has extensive reporting capabilities. There are over 50 pre-defined reports built in to the system. If none of the defined reports show the information needed, the Ad-Hoc reporting capability can be used to design custom reports. (See Ad-Hoc Reporting)

All reports, with the exception of checks, can be printed on any Windows defined printer or viewed on the screen. All report criteria screens have the following buttons.
Print
Choose this button to send the report to a printer. The standard windows printer selection dialog will allow the selection of which printer the report should go to.
Preview
Choose this button to display the report on the screen. After a report has been sent to the screen, you are given the option to send it to the printer without having to recreate it.
Close
Choose this button to close the report criteria screen.
Send To File
This option will save the report as its own file. When you check the box, the caption on the button above it changes from “Preview” to “File.” Click the “File” button and a small window will appear. Click on the Browse button (….) and search for the location to save the file. Also enter the name for the new file here, then press OK. The file will be saved as a .txt file. It will appear somewhat like the report but will only have text and no lines. You can check the “Copy Data Only” box if you just want the data. This option will give you all of the raw data but it will not be in the same format as the report. By saving the data to a file you can use the data to create your own reports and graphs outside of SherWare if desired.
The data can be saved as Delimited Text, Microsoft Excel, Lotus 1-2-3, or a FoxPro DBF file type.
