| Well History |
The history information for wells is viewed and updated via the Well History data-entry screen found under the Maintain menu. This data-entry screen, along with the Owner History screen, can be used to enter past history into the Disbursement and JIB Manager. The system uses the well history for generating well production reports. If you want previous well history available for these reports, you will need to enter that information here. History information can be lumped together into at least one record per well per year.
Well ID
The well ID of the well this history record describes.
Year, Period, Date
The year, period and date this history transaction took place.
Group
The group this well belongs to.

Gas Income
The total income received from gas production this period.
Total MCF
The total number of MCF for this well and period.
Oil Income
The total income received from oil production this period.
Total BBL
The total number of BBL for this well and period.
Misc Income1
The amount of miscellaneous income entered as misc income 1 this period.
Misc Income2
The amount of miscellaneous income entered as misc income 2 this period.
Trans Income
The total income received from transportation this period.
Flat Rate Gas
The flat rate royalty amount for gas this period.
Flat Rate Oil
The flat rate royalty amount for oil this period.
Days On
The total days of production for this well this period.
Compression
The compression charge for this period.
Gathering
The gathering charge for this period.
Total Salt Water
The total number of salt water BBLs this period.
Class 0 Expense
The total class 0 well expenses for this period.
Class 1 - Class 5 Expenses
The total expenses in each expense class for the period.
Royalty Gas Interest
The total amount of gas royalty interests for this well.
Royalty Oil Interest
The total amount of oil royalty interests for this well.
Paid to Royalty Owners
The total dollar amount paid to this well's royalty owners this period.
Paid to Working Owners
The total dollar amount paid to this well's working interest owners this period.
Gas Tax 1 - Gas Tax 4
The gas taxes calculated for this well.
Oil Tax 1 - Oil Tax 4
The oil taxes calculated for this well.
Other Tax 1 - Other Tax 4
The other well product taxes calculated for this well.
Alt Sev Tax Roy Oil
The oil severance taxes calculated for royalty owners in this well. This tax is calculated when the well record has the option enabled to use the tax rates in the well record instead of the tax table for calculating the taxes.
Alt Sev Tax Roy Gas
The gas severance taxes calculated for royalty owners in this well. This tax is calculated when the well record has the option enabled to use the tax rates in the well record instead of the tax table for calculating the taxes.
Alt Sev Tax Wrk Oil
The oil severance taxes calculated for working interest owners in this well. This tax is calculated when the well record has the option enabled to use the tax rates in the well record instead of the tax table for calculating the taxes.
