The Land Management module is a simple lease obligation tracking system for delay rentals and other obligations related to leases.
Once the payment obligations are set up you can easily check to see what payments are coming due then print a check to pay them.
Edit Menu > Preferences
Land Management view
Choose the accounts to be used for posting.
Option to automatically check for rentals due at startup.
Specify the amount of days in advance to show a payment on the list of due bills.
Option to charge the delay rental payment to the well as an expense.
Maintain Menu > Land Files
Lease Information view
Use this screen to set up the basic lease information.Lease Obligations view
Use this to set up each obligation (every owner you need to pay rent) for the lease.
Sets up the frequency, amount, start, and end date for the payments.
Tasks Menu
Create Delay Rental Checks view
Creates the checks for the owners you select to be paid. Print Checks view
Once the Delay Rental Payments are created, you can print them here.

Land Record Report view
A listing of all leases with the option to also include all obligations for the lease as well.Delay Rental Report view
