House Gas Module

The House Gas Module allows you to track and bill gas usage for a homeowner who is using your gas. Owners can be set up to receive a preset amount of free gas that the module will track, then bill for any gas used over this allowed MCF.

House Gas Options view
The house gas options screen is where initial setup information is defined to affect how the system works. The accounts for posting are specified here as well as a default price, terms and other options.

Maintain Menu
House Gas Owners view
The house gas owners screen is where all the house gas owners in the system are defined, along with their meter number, general information, and processing options.

Tasks Menu
House Gas Meter Entry view
The meter entry screen is where the counter values are entered each month for the owners after the meter has been read.

Deleting a Meter Reading view
If a mistake was made during a meter reading entry, the entry can be deleted, and then re-entered.

Reports Menu
House Gas Owner Listing view
The house gas owner listing report gives the names and addresses for all house gas owners, as well as usage information.

Owner Usage Statement view
The house gas owner usage statements show each owners' total usage for the current month, as well as the totals and meter readings for each month prior to it in the year. If the house gas owner has used more than the alloted MCF, the Owner Usage Statement is printed as the invoice.

House Gas Route Report view
The house gas route report shows the owner names and addresses, meter number, description, date and value of last reading, and allows the entry of the current reading for a specified route. It also displays comments and allows the entry of new comments.

Usage Report view
The house gas usage report shows the total usage for the selected range of months for the specified group.

House Gas Receivables Report view
The house gas receivables report shows any outstanding balances for owners as of a given date.
